JobsRVA Board Members
Jen Campbell serves as the president of the JobsRVA board. She is the director of grants at the Wheless Family Stewardship Fund, a private charitable fund which supports primarily supports Christian-based ministries and non-profits in Richmond and around the world. She also serves on the board of trustees at the Steward School in Richmond. She attends Third Church in Henrico.
Joseph Cotten has been in the insurance industry for almost 15, and he has owned an Allstate agency for the last eight years. In addition to serving with JobsRVA, he and his business also support Action in the Community Through Service (ACTS), an organization that provides relief and self-sufficiency for members of the community. He attends Redemption Hill Church with his wife, Kristy, and their three boys.
Rev. Dr. Louis Williams
Rev. Dr. Louis Williams is an ordained pastor with over 27 years of experience. He attended Fuller Seminary, where he earned his Master of Theology, Union Theological Seminary where he earned his Master of Divinity, and he went on to complete his doctoral degree at Fuller Seminary. He and his wife Marti co-founded the non-profit Into the Neighborhood. He is currently pastors Life Transformation Church.
Marti Williams has 20+ years of experience in retail and human resources, and she’s certified in Christian Community Development by the Christian Community Development Association. Marti is the executive director and co-founder of Into the Neighborhood, a non-profit she formed with her husband. She attends Life Transformation Church. They reside in the Northside of Richmond.
Ajai Blue-Saunders practices being a Servant Leader by seeking out ways to encourage and serve others. She has over 35 years of experience in workforce and career development coupled with a passion for program creation and innovation. Ajai is a 2011 Leadership Metro Richmond graduate and has attended City Church RVA (formerly Mountain Of Blessings Christian Center) for over 10 years.
