JobsRVA equips Christian community organizations to help the unemployed and underemployed develop a pathway to meaningful, self-sustaining work through relationships and training.

Jen Campbell

Jen Campbell serves as the president of the JobsRVA board. She is the director of grants at the Wheless Family Stewardship Fund, a private charitable fund that primarily supports Christian-based ministries and non-profits in Richmond and around the world. She also serves on the board of trustees at the Steward School in Richmond. She attends Third Church in Henrico with her husband, David and their 2 boys.


JaJuan Kelly

JaJuan Kelly is the Director of After School Programs at a private school in Hanover County. She and her husband, Eric, live in Henrico County with their daughter. They are active at their church, Faith Landmarks Ministries.

Rev. Dr. Louis Williams

Rev. Dr. Louis Williams is an ordained pastor with over 27 years of experience. He attended Fuller Seminary, where he earned his Master of Theology, Union Theological Seminary where he earned his Master of Divinity, and he went on to complete his doctoral degree at Fuller Seminary. He and his wife Marti co-founded the non-profit Into the Neighborhood. He currently pastors Life Transformation Church.


James Bryant

James Bryant, Ph.D., P.E. is the Founder of Engineer Your Success, LLC a boutique leadership training and peak performance coaching firm designed to help engineers win in business and in life. Dr. Bryant believes that you can build the business of your dreams and have a life that you absolutely love. He has over 20 years of experience leading teams and organizations in the private and public sectors. He is the host of the Engineer Your Success Podcast. Dr. Bryant is a professional engineer, a certified John Maxwell Leadership speaker, trainer, and coach, and most importantly he is a loving husband and father.

Lori Ruffin

Lori M. Ruffin is an upbeat strategic thinker, speaker and founder of The COO Team. She lives in the City of Richmond, VA with her husband and two daughters.

Greta Kidd

Greta Kidd is the Director of Operations at ValleyStar Credit Union. She and her husband and 2 daughters live in Henrico County, VA and worship at St Stephen’s Episcopal Church.





Taryn Hayes

Taryn Hayes is a former VCU Ram and has lived in the Richmond area for almost ten years. For the last several years, she has spent her professional life working as a diversity champion on the VCU Health Campus by developing program solutions and recruitment initiatives across health professions programs to reflect the evolving healthcare landscape. Currently, Taryn serves as the Director of Recruitment and Strategic Initiatives for VCU School of Pharmacy. In this role, she considers the impact of diversity and inclusion on student success and develops partnerships with other academic institutions to create a pipeline of competitive and diverse students into the Pharm.D. program. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and exploring new trails with her pup, Autumn.


Chris Mayfield

Chris Mayfield is the founder of a leadership and organizational development consulting firm, Profusion Consulting. Chris is a retired Marine Corps Logistics Officer having proudly served for 24 years including tours in Somalia and Iraq. Chris has nearly twenty years of experience in private sector companies including QVC, Circuit City, and Louis Berger International, and was the COO of a handicap accessible vehicle manufacturing company. 

Chris and his wife Holly, an attorney, have five children between them the ages of twenty-one and twenty-nine.  In his free time, Chris likes to work on his hobby farm, interview interesting people on his radio show, Venmo money to his kids and likes to create presentations that allow him to share with others – especially veterans – his knowledge and expertise in business planning and leadership.

Ajai Blue-Saunders

Ajai Blue-Saunders practices being a Servant Leader by seeking out ways to encourage and serve others. She has over 40 years of experience in workforce and career development, coupled with a passion for program creation and innovation. Ajai has worked for JobsRVA since 2016, connecting partners, church leaders and volunteers to fulfill the work of the organization.  Ajai is a 2011 Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR) graduate, and is a disabilities advocate and volunteers with several organizations.  She lives in Henrico, VA with her adult daughter.
